Alister dominates Buggy race

Last weekend Alister McRae was invited to compete against the winner of the Caceres based Spanish Gravel Rally Championship qualifier. It was a surprise to Alister when he found that he would not be driving a fully prepared rally car but a buggy.

“This was far more fun than driving a rally car, the event was very similar to the off road event at the Race of Champions. My challenge was against Andrew Pinker who won the rally. I won the buggy race and hope I am invited back to compete against a winner of another Spanish Championship event later in the year”, said Alister McRae
