Alister to race in the 2009 Targa West Rally

The end of August see me returning to The Targa West Rally, held around my adopted home city of Perth, Australia.
The rally starts with the Prologue 20th August, with the rallies official start on the Friday morning.
This year I will be swapping the Porsche I won with last year for A Mitsubishi Evo 10, the car is currently being prepared by Ralliart Australia.
This year we will be competing head on with the Porsches and Nissans and I will be joined by my co-driver from last year, Bill Heyes

“I’ve driven for Mitsubishi in the WRC in the past so it feels good to be back behind the wheel of a Mitsubishi and I’m looking forward to competing in the EVo 10. Its going to be a tuff event with its extremely high speed roads but Bill and I are ready for the challenge”
